Yes, we have service engineers in Argentina who perform installation, calibration, and operator training. The service includes a 3 to 5 business day visit to your plant. We also offer quarterly preventive maintenance contracts to ensure operational continuity.
Each unit includes an operation manual in Spanish, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, a list of recommended spare parts, a certificate of origin, and a CE declaration of conformity. For CNC lathes and machining centers, the programming software and factory parameters are also provided.

All machinery is delivered under CIF Buenos Aires Incoterms, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delivery times are counted from order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. Immediate availability of units in stock is not guaranteed; most equipment is imported to order.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from commissioning, provided installation has been carried out by authorized personnel. Excluded are damages from misuse, unauthorized modifications, wear of consumables, and force majeure. The importer acts as a commercial representative and not as a manufacturer.
The technical data sheets reflect information provided by the original manufacturers. Ugurhansasmaz reserves the right to update models, components, or features without prior notice. In case of discrepancy between the printed documentation and the digital version, the information published on the website at the time of consultation prevails.
Issued budgets are valid for 15 calendar days. Prices are expressed in US dollars and do not include VAT, nationalization costs, internal freight, or installation. Any exchange rate or tariff variation after the quotation may be passed on to the buyer.
